Erin J. Krinsky
Erin is a second generation Atlanta native, who lives in the Old Fourth Ward with her two dogs, Dr. Indiana Jones and Luna. Erin focuses her practice on representing individuals and corporate entities in a broad range of employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. Her experience includes representing employers and individuals before state and federal administrative agencies. In addition to her focus on employment law, Erin assists individuals and corporate clients in all matters of litigation.
Prior to starting her own firm, Erin practiced for four years with a national employment law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where she represented employers in traditional labor and employment matters. Erin's commitment to practicing employment law did not just begin once she graduated from law school. In her final year at Emory Law School, Erin was honored by the Labor & Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia with an Outstanding Student Award for her work in the area of Labor Law. Erin received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
Erin is currently licensed to practice in the State of Georgia and is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association.
In addition to her law practice, Erin spends a significant amount of time volunteering in the Atlanta community. Giving back to the community is very important to Erin. Erin is the Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Dashboard, an arts non-profit whose mission is to connect artists with space and place to redefine the way environments and art are experienced by the public. Erin also serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Zaban Paradies Center, an Atlanta homeless shelter that assists couples in transitioning from homelessness to safe and stable housing and long-term independence. In addition, Erin serves on the Board of Directors for Cultivate Union, an Atlanta based non-profit that fosters healing and positive social change by taking yoga out of the studio and into the community.
